John Howard’s come back rebuffed.

John Howard looks to his legacy. As Paul Keating said “We all won’t be safe until a wooden stake is applied”, or words similar. Mr Howard’s office denied that he had put his name forward for the vacant position of Liberal party president. Rumour has it that it’s a Victorian, with eyebrows larger than John Howard’s and Robert Menzies , who will get the job. It’s good to see some important traditions maintained.
